In these Terms, “CynLr”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Vyuti Systems Private Limited; and “you”, “your”, “User” refer to the person or entity accessing or using the Platform.

The Platform is designed to share information about CynLr’s research and development in visual object intelligence, robotic perception, and automation systems, along with related updates, news, and career opportunities. Any reference to technologies, products, or solutions on the Platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute technical specification, professional advice, a performance guarantee or representation that such systems are available for purchase or deployment through the website.
1.3. The Platform may include links to CynLr’s social-media channels, publications, or partner websites, which are governed by their own respective terms and policies.
1.4. The Platform is not directed to children and CynLr does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
2.1. These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and CynLr and take effect the earlier of (a) when you click an “Accept” control presented on the Platform (if any), or (b) when you access, browse, or use any part of the Platform. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

9.3. CynLr does not warrant that the Platform or its content will be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or free of harmful components, or that any issues will be corrected. CynLr may suspend or withdraw any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

All rights, title and interest in and to the Platform, its design, layout, text, graphics, images, videos, illustrations, software, code, documentation, and other materials made available through it (collectively, the “CynLr Content”) are owned by or licensed to CynLr and are protected by applicable intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you by your access or use of the Platform.
11.2. Subject to these Terms, CynLr grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Platform and CynLr Content for your own informational and non-commercial use only. You must not:

11.5. Except for the limited rights expressly granted above, CynLr reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and CynLr Content. Any unauthorised use of the Platform or CynLr Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
12.1. Any personal information or materials that you submit to CynLr through the Platform, including through the Get in Touch, Careers, or similar forms, will be collected, used, and processed in accordance with CynLr’s Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12.2. CynLr implements reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information submitted through the Platform, as described in the Privacy Policy. However, transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure, and CynLr cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted to or from the Platform.
12.3. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that your own systems, devices, and networks are secure when communicating with CynLr or accessing the Platform.
13.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2. If any concern, complaint, or dispute arises relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first notify CynLr in writing at the address provided in the Communication and Notice clause. The parties will endeavour in good faith to resolve the issue amicably within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of such notice.
13.3. Subject to the above clause, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.
13.4. CynLr reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or the integrity of the Platform.
13.5. All claims shall be brought on an individual basis only and not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding.

CynLr may communicate with you by email, through the Platform, or by posting general notices or updates on the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to receive such communications in electronic form, which shall satisfy any legal requirement for communications to be in writing.

15.2. Any failure or delay by CynLr in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of CynLr to be effective.

CynLr will not be liable for any delay or failure to make the Platform available due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, earthquake, flood, fire, pandemic, endemic, war, terrorism, governmental actions, internet or telecommunications outages, or other events of similar nature.
15.4. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without CynLr’s prior written consent. CynLr may assign or transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganisation by posting a notice on the Platform.
15.5. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CynLr regarding your access to and use of the Platform and supersede any prior understandings on the subject.
